Talented players seeking a real European professional environment — not a training camp. Access is by selection only, and places are limited.
It's a full 10-month residential season. Players live, train, compete and recover inside the club structure for the whole cycle.
At the LFF Kaunas National Teams Centre in Kaunas — the same infrastructure used by Lithuania's national team programmes. Rooms accommodate two players, each with an integrated bathroom.
Based on performance, players can feature for BE1's first team in I Lyga, be loaned to other I Lyga clubs for regular minutes, or play in II Lyga where game time is often more accessible. IFA players also compete in a weekly schedule of friendlies, internal games and showcase matches.
We handle the professional contract, visa documentation (prepared by a qualified lawyer), invitation and guarantee letters, medical insurance, arrival coordination and full onboarding to city and club life. The legal and administrative groundwork is done before you arrive.
