OUR FACTS

A CLUB ON THE RISE

BE1’s teams have climbed the Lithuanian football pyramid quickly — from third-tier football in 2021 to promotion play-offs for the top flight, and onto Europe’s biggest youth stage. In 2025, BE1’s U19 competed in the UEFA Youth League, facing Finland’s HJK Helsinki U19 — the level widely regarded as the highest in youth club football.

Who is BE1 IFA for?

Talented players seeking a real European professional environment — not a training camp. Access is by selection only, and places are limited.

How long is the programme?

It's a full 10-month residential season. Players live, train, compete and recover inside the club structure for the whole cycle.

Where do players live and train?

At the LFF Kaunas National Teams Centre in Kaunas — the same infrastructure used by Lithuania's national team programmes. Rooms accommodate two players, each with an integrated bathroom.

Which league will I play in?

Based on performance, players can feature for BE1's first team in I Lyga, be loaned to other I Lyga clubs for regular minutes, or play in II Lyga where game time is often more accessible. IFA players also compete in a weekly schedule of friendlies, internal games and showcase matches.

What support do you provide with visas and relocation?

We handle the professional contract, visa documentation (prepared by a qualified lawyer), invitation and guarantee letters, medical insurance, arrival coordination and full onboarding to city and club life. The legal and administrative groundwork is done before you arrive.
